Job Title : Structural Steel Senior Estimator
Location : Oklahoma City, OK or Dallas, TX
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000 + Benefits (DOE)
About The Client :
Goodall Brazier are seeking a Senior Estimator for a nationwide structural steel company based in Texas and Oklahoma.
They’re known for innovative, high-profile projects that lead the market in size and volume of steel. They're refreshing their team so are looking for a skilled Structural Steel Senior Estimator in both their Dallas and Oklahoma City offices.
Role Overview :
As a Structural Steel Senior Estimator, you'll oversee preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications and calculating material / labor costs.
You will also assess risks, review market trends, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure precise bids. Additionally, you will generate detailed reports and ensure estimates meet company standards and industry regulations.
Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of structural steel construction on large scale projects is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates
- Assess Risks and Develop Contingencies
- Collaborate and Communicate
- Act as main point of contact for clients in the precon phase
Compensation :
- Base - Up to $110,000 (DOE)
- Bonus Year-end bonus based on company and personal performance
- 3% 401K match
- Employee insurance coverage
Qualifications :
- 5+ years managing structural steel projects.
- Strong management, communication, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of structural steel fabrication and regulations.
- Estimates projects of 1,000+ tonnes of steel.
