DETAILS :
We allow our providers to move autonomously and think, critically in all matters concerning patient care. As our Family Nurse Practitioner, the expectations are as follows :
- Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages
- Have the ability to critically think, assess, and diagnose efficiently and effectively
- Consider 30-minute visits for new patients and be able effectively asses needs and treatment plans promptly
- Work alongside our Community Health Workers team and PCPs
QUALIFICATIONS :
- To be considered, the candidate MUST be able to work independently and autonomously without supervision
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking and situational awareness, while communicating action plans to medical leadership
- 2 years experience preferred.
