Responsibilities
Researches, analyzes, develops, and tests communications systems and equipment, including but not limited to networks, data links, VTC audio and video connections.
Scheduling, troubleshooting and facilitation of video and audio conferences.
- Prepares procedural documentation.
- Responsible for documenting procedures and developing SOP’s.
- Provide user training to include one-on-one training as required.
- Develop strong communications and working relationships with other support teams
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Additional training, certification, and / or years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10; MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines while actively documenting all work performed via designated ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
- Team player.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature
