Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and solving problems? NXT Property Management is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and great service. This position will be based primarily at Springs at Copper Canyon in Tooele , with additional support provided at Oquirrh Hills several days a week.

Pay Range : $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

As part of our maintenance team, you'll help ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable, well-kept living environment. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Handling general maintenance requests and repairs in apartment homes and shared spaces
  • Preparing vacant units for new move-ins
  • Assisting with landscaping and exterior upkeep
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the community

    • What We're Looking For

    We're searching for a motivated professional who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have :

  • Strong troubleshooting and organization skills
  • A proactive attitude and solid time management
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or multifamily housing (preferred but not required)
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, or drywall repair
