Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic primary care team in Torrington, CT.

Qualifications :
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- APRN (Family, Adult / Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
