Job Summary

A Senior Network Engineer (NE3) supporting Nightwing will be responsible for performing networking services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks.

They will analyze design specifications and related documents to perform general LAN administration. They will schedule all changes and cutovers within the network and work to resolve network or system incidents.

This position is an onsite role.

Basic Qualifications :

Typically requires a master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college and ten (10) years experience providing network Engineering support.

In liue of a master's degree, a bachelors degree and two (2) additional years' experience may be required.

Certification at Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 3 baseline as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required.

Cisco certification is required

Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS / SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
