- Provide information about the hotelsfacilities services and local attractions to enhance the guestexperience
- Assist with guest inquiries andspecial requests aiming to exceed theirexpectations
- Collaborate with the front deskand concierge teams to ensure seamless guestservice
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance andlobby area ensuring a welcoming ambiance forguests
