- Delivers packages to end users / receiving agents
- Organizes and follows most efficient route for deliveries
- Delivers other zone packages to the airport for proper routing and delivery
- Organizes / routes delivery paperwork. Collects delivery signatures and routes delivery manifests for customer service to view.
- Acts as liaison for IDT in terms of customer requests, special handling, delivery logistics, etc.
- Delivers marketing material and customer contact / sales information, as needed
- Performs routine maintenance / cleaning on delivery vehicle (cleaning inside / outside of vehicle, monitoring fluid levels, replenishing fuel)
- Picks customer orders to support order processing.
- Adheres to safety regulations, SOPs, and contamination controls
- Communicates with all levels of peers and management
- Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Manages expenses and reconciles transactions in a timely manner.
