• Delivers packages to end users / receiving agents
• Organizes and follows most efficient route for deliveries
• Delivers other zone packages to the airport for proper routing and delivery
• Organizes / routes delivery paperwork. Collects delivery signatures and routes delivery manifests for customer service to view.
• Acts as liaison for IDT in terms of customer requests, special handling, delivery logistics, etc.
• Delivers marketing material and customer contact / sales information, as needed
• Performs routine maintenance / cleaning on delivery vehicle (cleaning inside / outside of vehicle, monitoring fluid levels, replenishing fuel)
• Picks customer orders to support order processing.
• Adheres to safety regulations, SOPs, and contamination controls
• Communicates with all levels of peers and management
• Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
• Manages expenses and reconciles transactions in a timely manner.
