The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to support portfolio hiring. The position will work with Program Managers, Hiring Leads, and Leadership, to hire, forecast, and plan for future talent needs.

This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S.

You Have :

3+ years of experience in staffing, outreach, talent management, talent acquisition, process development and improvement, or project management

Experience in technical writing or writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities and be highly organized

Ability to track staffing needs and future demand for certain skillsets across the programs

Ability to draft and manage requisitions for the portfolio and programs

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements

Associate’s degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience in working with the VA

Experience with using staffing tools or Workday

Experience in a leadership role in liaising with multiple partners

Experience in working with project teams, including project managers, scrum masters, cyber, DevOps, Agile, or engineering workforces

Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
