Director of Nursing Opportunity : Lead and Inspire in Senior Living!

Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee nursing operations across Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
- Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Coordinate external care services (home health, hospice, rehab).
- Implement quality improvement plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For in a Director of Nursing :
- Active RN license in Wisconsin and CPR certification.
- 2+ years of nursing management experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance administrative and clinical duties with empathy and teamwork.
