We are looking for a Senior Carrier Partner Manager to join our growing Revenue team. Responsible for developing a net-new prospective customer pipeline of business across a set of existing T-Mobile customer and target accounts within the USA, your key focus will be to increase NEXAs indirect T-Mobile carrier revenue by driving this pipeline to closure. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving the full sales process from prospecting to close, with strong knowledge of how to develop client-focused, practical, and achievable solutions. With a deep understanding of how to articulate unique product value propositions and position products effectively against competitors in the mobile technology sector, you will work hand in hand with our Director of Carrier Sales to build and manage one of the companys core revenue streams.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategically manage and grow the relationship with T-Mobile Enterprise, SMB, Public Sector, and Partner channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong business relationships with Area Vice Presidents, Sales Directors, Managers, and frontline sales staff, serving as a trusted partner and subject matter expert on NEXAs solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead sales trainings, meetings, joint sales appointments, and rallies to increase NEXA product awareness and adoption.
  • Drive promotional activities, manage product demos, and collaborate with 3rd-party accessory vendors to support NEXA sales initiatives.
  • Ensure all field sales activities are documented in HubSpot and maintain accurate records of customer engagement and pipeline status.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create a yearly strategic plan to develop and manage the T-Mobile Partner ecosystem.
  • Manage sell-through and distribution agreements.
  • Stay current with T-Mobile evolving key performance indicators (KPIs) and align NEXAs messaging and positioning accordingly.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on competitive intelligence to inform internal strategy and product positioning.
  • Organize travel, meetings, and customer-facing events, and manage related travel expenses in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date on NEXAs product portfolio.
  • Employees will be required to adhere to NEXA's information security policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10+ years of Telecommunications sales experience,
  • 5+ years of experience working at T-Mobile or with device manufacturers
  • 5+ years of experience managing partner programs
  • Experience selling within a Direct and Indirect sales capacity
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and specific needs
  • 5+ years of experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) for tracking and managing customer engagement
  • Experience selling devices (Samsung, Zebra, Honeywell, Bullitt, etc.)
  • Experience selling EMM (Soti, Ivanti, VMWare, InTune, etc.)
  • Experience working MSP (3PL Logistics, Managed Services)
  • Deep knowledge of NEXAs industry, products, and services
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Preference Given to :
  • Experience selling private label and / or purpose-built hardware solutions

  • MEDDIC Sales Methodology training or certifications
  • Prior experience inB2B, public sector, or telecom device / accessory sales
  • Understanding of LRM (Land Radio Mobile) and POC (Push to talk Over Cellular) in the region
