This position will work in the E-Books Department posting on several different platforms doing all accepted books, media lots and records utilizing the proper software and listing procedures. They will be responsible for the listing, identification of condition and adherence to all storage processes. The employee will be cross-trained to list books / media lots / records without scanning codes by typing in the proper information to obtain the rating. The employee will be responsible for putting books on shelves and shipping of Books and media and Records. In addition the employee will be cross-trained to work in all areas of E-books to identify and select donated items for sale online, thoroughly examining each item to determine the correct condition and other pertinent criteria, take detailed, clear and appropriate photos, write concise and accurate descriptions necessary to list items on the online platform available to maximize Southwest Florida Goodwill sales and profit margins.

Description of Responsibilities : Great customer service skills. Able to meet or exceed daily productivity goals m eet or exceed quality standards of work produced as assigned by EBooks Manager. Accurately represent all items (including damage s, conditions of book or media); package and prepare orders for shipment for the day; p rovides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers; f osters and demonstrates a positive team environment. Follow all Goodwill and department policies and procedures and safety regulations; w orks flexible schedule based on the needs of the business . Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Experience : High school diploma or equivalent preferred . E -bay, Amazon or other online marketplace experience preferred.

Required skills : Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs; ab ility to research information online, through multiple websites; type at least 20 words per minute; communicate effecti vely, both written and verbally; able to listen to and follow instructions; use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding. Knowledge and ability to use basic math skills; stand for extended periods of time; ambulate independently, to stoop, bend, kneel, push and pull; read fine print / engraving and recognize colors; occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
