We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months based on miles driven and safe driving.

CDL-A Company Truck Driver Compensation Highlights :

  • Pay Range : $0.57 CPM $0.65 CPM
  • Weekly Pay : $1,200 - $1,600
  • Drive Smart. Earn More.
  • Miles Safety = Monthly Bonus
  • $0.025 / mi under 3 yrs (first 6 months) or $0.05 / mi with 3 yrs exp
  • $500 Onboarding Bonus
  • Vacation pay - $1,000!
  • Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
  • Stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance
  • Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements

CDL-A Company Truck Driver Perks :

    • CDL-A Company Truck Driver Requirements :

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver s license
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
  • Must have at least 6 months of OTR or Regional CDL A driving experience in the last 3 years
  • Driver must be employed at the time of payout and in working status. All bonuses are taxed at regular earnings.
