Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Total Rewards team to enhance employee benefits and HR systems
Design and evolve compensation and rewards programs to attract and retain talent
Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and optimize HRIS and payroll systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations
Proven ability to manage and lead a team to meet departmental goals
Experience with federal, state, and global payroll regulations
Familiarity with HRIS configuration and advanced proficiency in Excel
