The Senior IP Network Engineer will be responsible for helping grow out their network in rural / residential America!
As a focal point on this team, you will bring a service provider background to the table and help assist in core network design, deployment, and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to oversee network planning, core architecture, and the development of new designs.
- Implement redundancy measures for both network and infrastructure systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation, designs, and conduct testing for the network infrastructure.
- Design network architecture to support a variety of services and products for both internal and external clients.
- Forecast future network traffic and allocate resources budget to accommodate growth.
Required Skills
- CCIE / CCNP level Routing and Switching Experience
- MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS Experience
- Python, Bash, or Ansible Experience
- Prior Service Provider Experience
