Responsibilities include : Efficiently managing tasks to facilitate fee collection Meeting billable hours targets Assisting in the preparation and interpretation of legal documents Organizing and maintaining case files, preparing court filings Conducting electronic document reviews and assisting with eDiscovery tasks Supporting deposition preparation and trial logistics Coordinating with internal and external resources Required proficiencies include MS Office applications, transcript management, cite-checking, legal research tools (LexisNexis / Westlaw), and familiarity with court procedures and billing systems.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree, ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate minimum 2 years of Paralegal experience, and litigation exposure.
