As part of the SMB Growth team, this role involves close collaboration with in-market sales leadership, global product marketing, product, acquisition, retention & lifecycle, business marketing, and operations teams in a high growth environment.
An ability to self-motivate, prioritize, problem solve, and be the expert for our Ads platform and ecosystem are key skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies. Responsible for SMB's new advertiser acquisition and Promoting revenue growth in LATAM.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, product operations, marketing, sales in LATAM to launch new marketing capabilities, incentive strategies, and product strategies to meet new advertiser requirements and drive scalable growth.
- Utilize data and customer research to identify problems and growth opportunities, develop effective growth strategies, clearly articulate new customer acquisition and retention KPIs, and be accountable for results.
- Explore and develop multi-channel strategies and innovative business models to promote advertiser acquisition and promote growth.
Minimum Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or related fields.- Successful marketing strategy skills and experience in driving user growth and product marketing, preferably in the advertising, technology, and SaaS industries.
Possess data analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and develop segmented operational strategies.
An in-depth understanding of advertising products, services, and strategies is an asset.- Excellent cross-team communication skills, especially with product, operations, and sales teams.
Preferred qualifications : - Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A / B testing, and incrementality.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of judgment and original thinking.- Capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
- Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization- Experience partnering with international colleagues and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures
