Growth Marketing Manager
Our startup client is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager. This job is fully onsite for the first 90 days. After the probationary period, there is potential for hybrid work.

MUST HAVES / REQUIREMENTS :
- Background building out and managing 2-3 paid campaigns at a time and driving lead generation for high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of reporting and presentation experience to key stakeholders
- Background or passion in the sports or gaming spaces
- Understanding of the creative and how graphic and copy works together to drive marketing efforts
- Proven success utilizing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends
- Proficient setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Own the implementations of marketing campaigns from start to finish, developing strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to the organization
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional departments to ideate initiatives, strategies, and tactics
- Experiment across a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including social media, publicity, PPC, lead generation campaigns, performance evaluation, and more
- Ensure ongoing campaigns are budgeted appropriately to support business objectives
- Direct focus groups and surveys to decipher customer insights, relaying to the product team
