We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Technical Strategy and Product for a leading company in the medical industry.

This role is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of our technical and product development efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical vision and strategy of our products, ensuring that our technological resources align with the company's business needs.

This role requires a high level of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

1. Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.

2. Lead and manage the technical and product development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological and product enhancements.

4. Oversee the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs.

5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of our technical and product portfolio, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued success.

6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all technical and product development activities.

7. Keep abreast of latest developments in medical technology and product trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

8. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring they align with our technical strategy and product vision.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within the medical industry.

3. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of technical and product development initiatives.

4. Strong knowledge of medical technologies, product development processes, and industry regulations.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

8. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change, with a track record of delivering successful products.

9. Experience with architecture is mandatory.
