You Are :

AFS is seeking ServiceNow Architects who are passionate, hands-on experts with the ServiceNow Platform. You enjoy working closely with executives, program and product managers, and analysts to design and architect ServiceNow solution implementations, including the appropriate ServiceNow product and integrations.

In a delivery capacity, you will ensure effective solution design to meet business requirements in a variety of industry contexts.

You are currently ServiceNow certified in multiple aspects of the platform and have hands-on experience of all aspects of ServiceNow including design, configuration, customization and implementation of applications.

The Architect collaborates with internal and customer stakeholders and development teams to design and build solutions in ServiceNow that support processes for continuous improvement and for reuse in other engagements.

The Work :

  • Provide functional and / or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications.
  • Serves as the primary leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality assurance activities and client acceptance
  • ServiceNow instance is a fusion of out of box functionality, reusable homegrown assets, and custom scoped applications
  • Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.
  • Builds trust with client executives and internal teams
  • Experience with working with executive level clients to provide information, strategy, and recommendations

Here Is What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Industry experience as a ServiceNow Architect

Bonus Points If :

  • Advanced Degree
  • 15+ years of industry experience
  • Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect preferred but not required
  • Provide superior group / team facilitation skills
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

$144,500 $296,100 USD
