VoIP Application Engineer ** 90% Remote; 10% Onsite **

Overview :

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished VoIP Application Engineer .

Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship

Location : 10920 Wilshire Blvd Ste 900, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Duration : 10 months contract w / possibility of extensions

Notes :

• Shift : Mon Fri, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm PT.
• Hybrid role : 90% Remote; 10% Onsite.

Qualifications :

• Three to Five years of acute care hospital experience.
• Experience with VoIP apps on cellular devices.
• Vocera Vina experience strongly preferred.
• Basic project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage project plan).
• Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
• Prior experience with clinical IT systems preferred.
• Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus.
• Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment and always engage in professional and ethical conduct.
• High functioning team skills, including active listening, rapport building, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency with information systems technology, which also includes Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.
• Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
