Job Description

Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M - Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects up to $50M, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Utilize project management tools and software to streamline operations and track progress.

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M will have :

Experience in managing construction projects up to $50M (multifamily, retail and commercial projects).

Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
