Weekly Schedule : 1-2days in office / 3 days in the field
Compensation : $50k Guaranteed Base & Allowances + Uncapped Commissions & Quarterly Bonuses (First Year OTE : $70k-$85k)

Sales Representative Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals and leverage a detailed CRM system with warm and qualified leads.
- Sell into SMB to major corporate accounts in a variety of industries, including but not limited to biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hospitality, schools & universities, healthcare, and restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
