Project summary : Creating an enhanced integrated support portal on OneCloud as a single-entry point for providing a unified support experience to the users of multiple groups.
The portal should provide seamless integrations on various interfaces to guide users by providing context aware responses, automatic ticket routing with continuous improvement in the background by reinforcing learning from users’ feedback & knowledge base available at users community Slack, channels etc.
What you will be doing :
- End to end architecting / designing solutions on your own for a GCP Cloud with - years for recent experience
- Ability to design, architect and develop a GCP cloud environment and services to support business needs.
- Lead, mentor and coach the development team (no People Management in this role, rather this is SME Architect role) to compete end to end architecture in the GCP
- Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to define software requirements and design solutions.
- Collaborate with the scrum teams on proper estimation and delivery of the committed sprint deliverable.
- Ensure adherence to the best practices and coding standards.
- Review team’s code for the best practices and accomplish the Merge Requests
- Responsible for managing the team to deliver the solutions on time with the best quality.
What need from you :
- recent years of GCP cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability, cloud development services).
- Technology domain experience.
- years of solo architecting who can lead and mentor others in end-to-end architecture, with specialization in GCP cloud and future providers.
- Develop solutions architecture for software products or applications and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
- Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns, based on the ERX application portfolio, as a basis for development and deploying services to the cloud.
- Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the why, and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation.
- Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.
- Contribute to DevOps development activities and complex development tasks.
- Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications.
