A prestigious law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a 4-6-year attorney to join its Real Estate Finance group. This position involves working on matters related to CMBS lenders, special and master servicers, commercial banks, insurers, and private lenders in lending and loan servicing transactions nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate financing, including preparation and negotiation of loan documents, due diligence for real estate loan closings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and related corporate and financial transactions.

Duties :
- Handle real estate financing, acquisition, and disposition transactions.
- Prepare and negotiate loan documents.
- Review due diligence associated with real estate loan closings.
- Manage recapitalizations and joint ventures.
- Engage in related corporate and financial transactions.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate financing.
- Familiarity with CMBS lenders and related entities.
- Proficiency in complex legal drafting.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
