About the Role

Were looking for smart and motivated people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to help us develop our fast-growing Customer Care team! This is a full-time position.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will help run our day-to-day operations by assisting guests with anything they may need during their stays.

You will help us identify ways to improve the guest experience in all aspects, and to make our team better and more efficient every day.

We are hiring Associates for mid-day / evening shifts, which may have 1-2 days on the weekend (You will know your schedule ahead of time!) Our team's hours of operation are currently 7 : 00am-midnight MST.

What You'll Need

• Bachelors degree preferred (recent grads are welcome!).
• 2+ years of experience working in a customer facing role.
• Superb communication abilities, including great writing and phone skills.
• A bias towards action and an unbeatable work ethic.
• The desire to work at a start-up, where every day brings new challenges and changes.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Tempe office (Training is held in-person for the first 3 weeks of employment, Monday-Friday 9am-5 : 30pm.

Remote or hybrid work is optional after training is completed.)

What You'll Do

• Serve as the face of WanderJaunt via inbound and outbound emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Manage reservations and perform booking alterations, cancellations, refunds, and other modifications.
• Answer questions about booking, check-in, and property specifics.
• Run point on property issues reported by our guests, troubleshooting complex or unique problems and coordinating cross-functionally with other internal teams to find resolutions.
• Work with our business partners, such as Airbnb, to resolve guest disputes.
• Contribute to our knowledge base by updating simple content and keeping our property info up to date.
• Work closely with leadership to identify ways to improve the guest experience and make our team more efficient.
