Facility will reimburse for the Following Costs : Hotel, Rental Car

Requirement description :
- Board Certified / Board Eligible : Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, even Internal Med or Critical care with experience in ALS. - Required
- NY License - Required
- BLS / ACLS - Required
- Conversion rate cap of 25k - Required
