78201 Floor : 3 rd floor Building : A / B Pod General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : · Number of Beds - 30 · Number of Staff Will open 11-12 beds initially with RN, LVN model all providing direct patient care · Type of staff : o Day Shift 1 CNC / CN, 3 RN, 3 LVN, 3 PCT, plus admit / discharge nurse o Night Shift 1 CNC / RN, 3 RN, 3 LVN, 3 PCTs · Patient Ratios 5 : 1 · Type of equipment Remote telemetry monitoring capable, Welch Allen vital sign, Nova glucometer · EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Medical management of patients with acute / chronic respiratory, kidney, diabetic disease · ALS management of chronic cardiac management with home medication Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Prior experience with Meditech · Prior experience on a Med-Surg unit List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : · None · Best personality Fit : · Team player, collaborative, focus on positive patient outcomes REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : · BLS, ALS Floating Area(s) : · Surgical specialty, ED for M / S holds Dress Code : · Scrub Color / Attire - Navy scrub top and bottoms Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• CHG bathing for all patients with central lines, midlines, or indwelling foley catheters daily with completion of require bundle audits, 1-2 hour purposeful Safety Rounds, Bedside shift report each shift Weekends and On call(if any) · Rotating weekends (3 week shifts per scheduling period), no on-call requirements
