Digital Marketing Manager
Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, improve brand awareness, and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC, SEO, website building, and brand development, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Build, maintain, and update the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop and implement brand development strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, website building, and brand development.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
