MEP Superintendent

Position Overview

The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities on Data Center / Mission Critical construction projects.

This role ensures that all MEP work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and trades on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards for MEP work.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on MEP installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve MEP-related issues.
• Track progress and report on MEP work status to project leadership.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to discuss project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their installation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
