MEP Superintendent
Position Overview
The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities on Data Center / Mission Critical construction projects.
This role ensures that all MEP work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and trades on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards for MEP work.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on MEP installations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve MEP-related issues.
- Track progress and report on MEP work status to project leadership.
- Conduct meetings with subcontractors to discuss project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
