Bath Wizard® is looking for Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team.

• High call volume setting. 200+ calls / day in a quick sale cycle environment.
• Experience setting appointments preferred
• Outbound calling with auto-dialer
• Pay : $15 / hour with an aggressive commission plan of up to $35 per hour
• Flexible schedules both full-time and part-time
• No background check required

Our Outbound Call Center Agents will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable talking with dozens of customers per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.

You are positioned for success with an uncapped base salary plus a commission structure and a supportive team and training program to assist you in the next level of career achievement.

You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead and work closely with our team of Appointment Coordinators and the rest of the Inside Sales teams. *

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to :

• Make 150 + outbound sales calls to both existing customers and potential customers.
• Accurately document all necessary information in our CRM database.
• Handle customer requests to change scheduled appointments.
• Set appointments efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize computer systems and software to manage leads and track progress.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective success.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
• Driven by success and motivated by financial incentives.
