Weare seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist(SLP) to join our team in Alabama. As an SLP you will beresponsible for assessing diagnosing and treating individuals withspeech and language disorders as well as cognitivecommunication andswallowingdisorders.
Responsibilities :
- Conductingevaluations and assessments of individuals with communication andswallowingdisorders.
- Developingand implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of eachindividual.
- Providingongoing therapy and support to individuals to improve theircommunication and swallowingabilities.
- Monitoringand documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans asnecessary.
- Collaboratingwith other healthcare professionals caregivers and family membersto ensure the best possible outcomes forindividuals.
Requirements
- Mastersdegree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accrediteduniversity.
- Currentlicense to practice SpeechLanguage Pathology in the state ofGeorgia.
- Certificateof Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology (CCCSLP) fromthe American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA)preferred.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Abilityto work independently as well as part of ateam.
- Experienceworking with both pediatric and adult populationspreferred.
