You collaborate and innovate with other teams within Capital One to push the envelope. As an associate in Capital One’s Cyber Information Security Office - Product Security team, you will work with top talent to solve problems and drive solutions to help the company reduce cyber risk.

This position will be in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will be handling multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in teams.

This role will lead the Risk Operations Automation and Analytics team and have strong Business Intelligence, analytics and automation components and those with a BI background are strongly encouraged to apply.

Develop automated reporting solutions using scripts and cloud based computing platformsUse coding to build data insights about cyber and product security risk into our core toolsWork with Information Security Office and Product Security capability teams to anticipate their objectives, data analytics and reporting needs to better serve their servicesAnalyze and interpret best practices and metrics to develop reporting dashboards, risk management tooling to identify cyber risk trends, analytics, and / or maturity opportunities for capability teams.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site) : $234,700 - $267,900 for Sr Manager, Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
