Title of Position Restaurant General Manager
Job Description : The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be a successful General Manager, you must first build an exceptional team : recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff that leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files.
Our General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal oriented and results driven.

Qualifications :
- 3+ years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere
- A true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- Must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction
- Should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the organization
