About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1504 To $1671 Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Professional Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Hours per Week Experience : SNF Experience Preferred;
New Graduates Are Welcome License : State License Required Certifications : Must Have License Verification Must-Have : - Covid Test Required 72 Hours Prior to Start Date with Results Issued 48 Hours Prior- Completion and Attachment of Prescreen, Resume, and License Verification Job Description : Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs.- Provide therapy sessions tailored to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records as per regulatory and company standards.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy objectives and techniques. Credentialing Checklist : Resume and three references- County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal Criminal (7 years or more)- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG Search- GSA Search- Social Security Number Trace- 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray- SAM SearchPlease ensure that all required documentation is completed and attached for assessment.
