Jon Mallett, Regional Director :

Prior Experience : Played college baseball at K-State, with a background in construction. Started as a Life License agent, quickly advanced into management;

15 years in the industry.

• Outside of Work : Enjoys hunting, bow hunting, golf, and spending time outdoors.
• About : Residing in Louisburg, KS, Jon is a dedicated family man, father of five, and grandfather. Actively involved in his church and deeply values his faith.

Nic Vasquez :

• Prior Experience : Former teacher for 17 years before joining our team in 2021.
• Time in Seat : 3 years with us.
• Outside of Work : Passionate about music, family, church, and travel.
• About : Lives in Kearney, Mo with his wife and their combined six children. Transitioned to our company to pursue personal growth and development.

Jacob Patterson :

• Prior Experience : Previously in the health and physical therapy field before joining us in 2022.
• Time in Seat : 2 years with our team.
• Outside of Work : Enjoys family time, golf, and is deeply committed to his faith.
• About : Based in Baxter Springs, KS, married with two children. Brings a focus on family, faith, and integrity to his work.

• Client Engagement :
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our members.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Offer comprehensive financial planning, including life insurance, retirement planning, investments, and estate planning.
• Team Leadership and Development :
• Recruit, train, and mentor new financial representatives.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve collective and individual goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Community Involvement :
• Actively participate in community service and outreach programs.
• Represent Modern Woodmen of America in local events and initiatives.
• Engage in fraternal programs that directly benefit local communities.
• Business Growth :
• Drive the growth and success of the local office.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.
• Monitor and manage team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
