Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support and assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and accurately

- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
