A company is looking for a Web / UI Designer for a 6-month fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

Design and iterate on modules, pages, and landing pages focusing on conversion and performance

Produce high-velocity test designs and develop component libraries for consistency and scalability

Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to design experiments and optimize performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of UI / web design experience with a strong portfolio of conversion-focused work

Proven success in high-velocity experimentation environments

Experience in growth marketing and CRO-focused design

Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization principles
