Location : Omaha, NE

Work Sites : 72nd and Center and / or 162nd and Dodge

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation : Hourly Wage (Based on Experience)

Experience Level : Intermediate (3-7 years)

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (No weekends or holidays)

Hours : 40 hours per week

Start Date : Immediate

Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to our operations, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, thrive in collaborative environments, and are committed to excellence.

You will need to be a problem solver with common sense reasoning, possess a keen attention to detail, and have a desire for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, including taking vitals and medication histories
• Administer injections and perform venipuncture
• Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
• Prepare patients for exams and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked
• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and patient care coordination

Qualifications

• Valid State of Nebraska Med Aide License
• Certified / Registered through AAMA or AMT
