Ideal Candidate : B.S. with 7 YOE of Instructional Designer experience.

Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator (Must Have)

Must have Pharma or Biotech Industry Experience (Must Have)

Job Description Client is seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join our team for a complex project.

As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials.

Your mission is to create engaging content that meets learning objectives, enhancing staff comprehension, compliance, and inspection readiness through corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS).

You will work closely with training content experts and other instructional design team members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
