Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, code, and test systems with a focus on maintainability and meeting end-user needs.
You will adhere to technical standards and contribute to the evolution of these standards while demonstrating strong teamwork, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities : Design, code, and test cloud-based systems with a long-term perspective on maintainability and end-user requirements.
Adhere to and actively participate in the evolution of technical standards.Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication and coordination.
Utilize analytical thinking concepts and techniques to solve complex problems.Qualifications : Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another major cloud provider.
Proficiency with command-line tools in Cloud and Linux environments.Working knowledge of Hashicorp Terraform and GitLab is a plus or familiarity with similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
Solid understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous testing, and configuration management methodologies.
Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings to achieve objectives and resolve issues.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and ensure others do so with minimal oversight.Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.
g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, .NET, etc and experience integrating multiple tools via APIs, command-line interfaces, etc.
Ability to identify basic programming constructs in unfamiliar languages.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
