DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing status updates.
This position will also handle service coordination, such as scheduling and dispatching plumbing technicians to various job sites and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
The CSR will address and resolve any service-related issues or emergencies, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician schedules using our service management software.
REQUIREMENTS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- High School Diploma required
- Prior experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or customer service role, preferably within the plumbing or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with service management software.
- Ability to display a high level of diligence, and sense of urgency
- Ability to efficiently prioritize on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis - adjusting to constantly changing schedules
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset with.the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and terminology is a plus
- Computer Skills :
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
- Good working understanding of paperless digital filing
SALARY AND BENEFITS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Salary Range : $45,000-$60,000
