m. - 3 : 00 p.m.) Client Diagnosis : Mild Alzheimer's / Dementia, Fall Risk, Tremors IMPORTANT : MUST have experience with Alzheimer's / Dementia due to level of client needs.
Duties may include but not limited to : Cooking and Light Housekeeping Laundry and Change of Bed Linens Grocery Shopping Companionship Range of Motion Exercises Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance Driving to Appointments and Errands Walking and Transfer Assistance Medication Reminders ADL's Ambulation Change Depends Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle.
