What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the creation and maintenance of the full team's operational processes including finance, communications, creative assets, internal / external team trackers and forms.
  • Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, events, and programming.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with various departments (such as creative, communications, and accounts) to ensure all project components are aligned and progressing.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between different stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external vendors.
  • Relay messages, updates, and feedback clearly and efficiently to ensure all parties are informed and on the same page.
  • Facilitate effective communication to maintain project momentum and address any issues promptly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing wrap-up reports and maintaining project documentation.
  • Conduct research to support strategies for events, programs / activations and analyze competitors and gather data on market trends.
  • Compile information to aid in the development of inclusion strategies and provide insights for project planning.
  • Facilitate the creative process by ensuring all necessary resources and information are available.
  • Manage processes that intersect with the inclusion team to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and programs through data collection and analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on the progress of all initiatives
  • Serve as trusted team member on creative review sessions for requested Client feedback around inclusion.

What You'll Need

  • Multi-tasking, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Adapting quickly to changes and re-prioritizing tasks as needed is crucial.
  • Attention to detail, precision is key in ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed as planned without errors.
  • Must work effectively within a team setting, contributing to a collaborative environment while also being able to work independently when required.

Proactive Approach

  • Anticipate needs and potential challenges before they arise. Being proactive in addressing issues and suggesting solutions is highly valued.
  • The advertising industry is dynamic, so staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies is important for effective performance.
  • This role is foundational and serves as the step before a project manager. It requires a blend of administrative competence, organizational skills.
