We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires who accept a full-time offer. The bonus will be paid in two installments upon successful completion of employment;

A Surgical Technologist is responsible for providing intraoperative care to the surgical patient. The ST will collaborate with the Circulating RN to set up for surgical procedures with proper instrumentation / equipment & supplies - with the primary duty of passing instruments and assisting the surgeon at the sterile field.
We have multiple positions available for candidates looking for experience in an Ophthalmology setting!
Available Shifts / Locations : We are currently hiring for our Boston campus (243 Charles Street) & Longwood (800 Huntington Ave) - shifts to include full-time, with work schedules worked primarily M-F - 8 / 10 / 12 hour day shift options.
Note that schedule times may vary per department need.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent AND completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program with applicable CST board certification.

Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program OR have been employed as a surgical technologist in a surgical facility on or before July 1st, 2013 OR have successfully completed a training program for surgical technology in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service (MA Senate Bill 2058, December 2012).
Graduates who have not obtained their certification will have one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program to obtain their certification.
