As a Power Platform Developer, you will be an integral part of our analytics team, driving the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform that will have a global impact.
We are seeking a talented and proactive Power Platform Developer to create and maintain robust, low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and user-friendly solutions, empowering our organization to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Washington, D.C.; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Develop Applications that are customized through Microsoft (MS) Power Platform utilizing an (Iterative) Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure the applications developed capture the needs of the business.
- Lead development for the creation and deployment of prototypes and new applications by leveraging various technology solutions as needed
- Collaborate with Reporting Teams to prepare functional specifications for applications
- Present technical ideas and approaches to peers or the IT team.
- Leverage existing API’s and integrating the endpoints into PowerApps.

- Power Apps Portal UI design and development.
- Experience with Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate / Flow.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
