Dental Receptionist
Our client is an established dental practice, that is looking to grow their operations. We are seeking a smart and diligent Dental Receptionist to join our client’s office, located in Moorpark CA.
Location : Moorpark, CA
Pay : 20-25 / hour
Status : Temp to Hire
You will be responsible for greeting guests as they come in for their appointments, maintaining patient records, and other clerical duties as needed.
You will also :
- Schedule appointments promptly, as well as send follow-up / reminder calls to patients.
- Welcome patients when they arrive, check them in, and provide the paperwork needed for their appointment
- Importantly, you are verifying patient insurance information, calling up the insurance company, providing their insurance information, and checking to see if the insurance covers the necessary appointment
- Address any patient concerns that come up
- Communicate with the hygienists, dentists, and other staff to coordinate the goings on in the office
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Our client uses a software called Dentrix to organize all their appointments and patient information. You MUST have experience in using this software to be considered.
