com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Senior software engineer to join the Omnichannel Fitment team. In this role you will :

• Design and implement complex features in Fitment applications.
• Analyze and optimize NodeJS backend applications.
• Experiment with new technologies and features and build quick prototypes.
• Participate in managing code & configurations for multiple environments, release management process, creating and maintaining environment configuration and controls, code integrity and work closely with platform team.
• Analyze business requirements, storyboards and similar artifacts of the scrum process, work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
• Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
• Lead the work of other small groups of three to five engineers.
• Ensure inclusion of business vision and industry trends to enable results that drive business.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience programming in NodeJS, REST Services, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS (Oracle), PL / SQL.
• Experience with No-SQL technologies like Couchbase or Cassandra.
• Experience with distributed publish-subscribe messaging system like Kafka.
• Expertise in SaaS application development.
• Experience with UNIX shell and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Frontend technologies (React / Redux).
• Experience building restful APIs in frameworks in Java.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
