Position Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with hands-on client care responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

This role also involves supervising and training Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
• Stay updated on ABA research and best practices to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

Licenses / Certifications :

• BCBA (Required)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or in process (Required for AZ and OK regions)
