As a manager you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to helping life sciences clients reinvent their customer experience through content strategies.
Your role will involve advising, shaping, and delivering technology-led content transformation programs that enhance the digital experience for end customers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Discovery and Vision : Lead short discovery strategy phases of work to understand client needs, develop transformation vision, create roadmaps, high-level solution designs, and clearly defined outcomes.
- Transformation Program Leadership : Drive transformation programs and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) while delivering proof of concept for future scaling.
- Consultative Approach : Apply proactive consulting to assist clients in finding appropriate solutions from our service and product portfolio.
- Digital-Led Strategy : Shape digital-led transformation strategies by collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of content strategists, brand and marketing teams, Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) teams, and technologists.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to co-create innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

Requirements :
- Strategic Visionary : Ability to be provocative and compelling in solutions when engaging with key customers and business leads.
- Strategic Presentation Skills : Proficiency in developing strategic presentations that are compelling and impactful. Experience facilitating discussions with a clear purpose and the ability to identify and synthesize key themes in real time.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience : A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in both operational and consulting roles.
Proven success in formulating new strategies and solutions in the areas of technology, omnichannel campaigns, and digital applications.
- Team Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams. You have a track record of driving cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.
- Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of the life science digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Innovative Thinking : At least 4+ years of experience in formulating new ideas and architecting solutions around enterprise omnichannel strategy, commercial operation strategy (both global and local markets), and successfully implementing pilot programs with proven business outcomes.
- Content Strategy : Proven experience in designing functional strategies around enterprise campaigns and content tagging, ensuring effective content management and campaign execution.
- MarTech Proficiency : Minimum of 4+ years of experience in devising transformative innovative solutions in several of the following MarTech areas eg : Veeva CRM, Vault, AEM etc.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree or MBA is a plus).
